Today's tutorial is a simple pole sit. There are two ways to do a pole sit but this tutorial focuses on the most basic of the two to get you used to the feel of the pole between your thighs.
It can pinch a bit at first, which is why I believe in getting the thighs conditioned to the feeling from an early stage.
